i've been waking up around 5:30-6:00 these days. The early light combined with my stuffy allergy nose makes it impossible to go back asleep. It's nice, though. Everyone is still sleeping, so i get up, make coffee, and watch the day wake up from my kitchen window while i browse facebook and blogs.
Today was a cool transition from early morning to day.
the blanket of fog slowly crept in. It was pretty awesome the way it curved and fell on the trees.
then it just disappeared and the day showed it's color. It's gonna be a nice one!
In other news, ben's last front tooth finally fell out. He is SOO excited to eat normally again, the poor kid!
He's in the question phase. Everything is a wonder and he has to know answers. i love it. He's so innocently curious. He ate breakfast while i drank coffee. i love him so. After he was finished, he brought out his wallet so he could count all his money since he got more for his tooth :)
Beautiful morning, Erin. I love quiet mornings when I am the only one awake. It is rare, only because I am now, the one person that gets to sleep in, in this house...haha...empty nest, and our dog usually wakes hubby before me. Makes up for the days when I was the first one up or being wakened by one of four small children.
